Frequently Asked Questions
Mana Rush Guarana is our current focus: a powdered drink mix that delivers the same natural guarana energy as our shots, but with more flavors, flexible serving sizes, and no added sugar. Below you’ll also find info about the classic SuddenRush shots, which are limited but not fully discontinued.
Mana Rush Powder
What is Mana Rush Guarana?
Mana Rush is a powdered drink mix made in Hawai‘i from Amazonian guarana, natural fruit flavors, and stevia. Each serving provides about 200 mg of clean caffeine for long-lasting focus and energy—without sugar or crash.
How much caffeine is in one serving?
A 5 g scoop provides ~200 mg caffeine. That’s about 2 cups of coffee, but released more smoothly. The FDA suggests no more than 400 mg total caffeine per day from all sources.
How do I mix it?
Stir or shake one scoop (≈5 g) into 8–12 oz cold water, juice, or smoothie. Half scoop for lighter energy, or a full scoop before workouts, surf sessions, or long work blocks.
Can I take it every day?
Many customers use it daily. As with any caffeine source, be mindful of total daily intake. If pregnant, nursing, under 18, or with a medical condition, consult your doctor first.
Is it sugar-free?
Yes. Mana Rush is sweetened with stevia and contains no added sugar.
SuddenRush Shots
Are SuddenRush Guarana shots still available?
At the moment, our shots are only available in limited supply due to Tariffs and resulting production issues in Switzerland. You may still find some flavors in select stores or markets in Hawai‘i, but online inventory is very low.
What’s the difference between the shots and the powder?
Shots: ready-to-drink, fast, portable.
Powder: mixable, flexible servings, more flavor options, and sugar-free.
Both deliver the same clean guarana energy—Mana Rush just gives you more ways to enjoy it.
Will the shots return?
We’re working with our partners in Switzerland to bring them back. For now, Mana Rush powder is the main way to enjoy guarana energy with us—but shots are not gone forever.
Ingredients & Safety
Will I get jitters or crash?
Most customers find guarana provides smoother energy than coffee or sugary drinks. Still, everyone’s tolerance is different—start with a half scoop or one shot to test your sensitivity.
Who should avoid guarana?
We don’t recommend our products for children, pregnant or nursing women, or anyone sensitive to caffeine. Consult your doctor if unsure.
